01. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Client”) and RS Platforms International (“RSP”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in the United Kingdom.
By accessing our website, using our APIs, employing our logistics services, or engaging with our AI interfaces, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease usage of our platforms.
02. Scope of Services
RSP provides advanced technology solutions across three primary verticals. Specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) may apply to enterprise contracts.
Frontier Tech
AI Neural Networks, Predictive Analytics, and Cryonic Biostasis storage solutions.
Aerospace
Satellite array deployment, orbital logistics, and commercial deep-space communications.
Infrastructure
Hyperscale data centers, global supply chain logistics, and renewable energy grids.
03. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, AI models, algorithms, designs, and infrastructure specifications available through our services are the exclusive property of RS Platforms International or its licensors.
- Copyright: All source code, visual interfaces, and data compilations are protected by UK and International copyright laws.
- Trademarks: “RS Platforms”, “RSP”, and our logos are trademarks of our entity. You may not use them without express written permission.
- License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our services for their intended business purposes only.
04. User Obligations & Conduct
You agree not to misuse our services. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Reverse engineering our AI models or aerospace software.
- Attempting to breach our data center firewalls or security protocols.
- Using our logistics network for the transport of illegal or restricted goods.
05. Limitation of Liability
Please read this section carefully
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977):
- RSP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to RSP for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- Force Majeure: RSP is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control (e.g., solar flares affecting satellites, natural disasters, war, or internet backbone failures).
06. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City of London, United Kingdom.
