  • Contact Data (Email, Phone, Physical Billing Address).
  • Financial Data (Encrypted payment tokens via Stripe/Wise).

System & Telemetry

  • Device info (IP Address, Browser Type, OS).
  • API Usage Logs (Timestamp, Endpoints accessed).
  • Session replay and interaction heatmaps.

03. Use of Data & AI Training

Beyond standard service delivery, RSP utilizes data for advanced computational purposes:

  • AI
    Neural Model Optimization:

    We may use anonymized, aggregated interaction data to train and refine our Machine Learning algorithms. Your proprietary business logic and sensitive payload data are never used for training public models.

  • OPS
    Predictive Maintenance:

    Telemetry data from infrastructure hardware is analyzed to predict component failures before they occur.
